Splurging whatever
Got me in a rather splurging mood. But I resisted! So did Joyce. Well done. Sharon was the only one indifferent to the situation.
Me: Man I'm going to resist. Not buying. -Takes deep breath-
Joyce: Hmm, I shall resist too.
Me: Yes Joyce, if you buy anything, my resistance will crack and I'll buy too.
Anyhows...
CONVERSATION OF THE DAY:
Joyce: It cose $19...
Sharon: You only have $15
Joyce: -pitifully- I have some coins...
I could have sworn I felt like a really sad Joyce about to cry. My heart went out to her. Mmhmm, *sniffles.
Sharon: Joyce... are you okay?
Me: Oh my god... Joyce... We can lend you money you know
Sharon: Yeah you can borrow some
Me: Don't have to sound so pitiful and pathetic.
Hmm... Come to think of it, Joyce wasn't normal AT ALL. She must have snapped somewhere. Usually Joyce is EMOTIONLESS no matter what. Only SLIGHT emotions shown at times when something big happens. So Sharon and I were perplexed when suddenly while walking to the MRT....
Joyce: Sharon has to go now?
Me: Yeah.
Joyce: -Grins very widely-
Me: What was that for?
Joyce: I'm a happy person.
Sharon, Me: O.O
