IF.

If you spoke to me now, you'll see my worse side.

If you spoke to me now, you'll find out whatever I'm hiding from people.

If you spoke to me now, be prepared for emotions overflow.

If you spoke to me now, my deepest and darkest side will show.

I'm so tired. I don't want to deal with this. I want to curl up into a corner.
Please, leave me alone. Please.

Ade, thank you for being there.
If we were still fighting, I'd wouldn't have gotten through this.
Thank you. You made it more bearable.
You're the only friend I could cry in front of.

Procrastinating....

WHY?

BECAUSE:
1. It's a hobby
2. Comes naturally to a person, like talking or walking
3. It's effortless
4. What you need to do is never as fun as what you want to do
5. I'm President of the Procrastination Society
6. I always underestimate how fast time passes
7. The place, time and weather is always perfect for it
8. I love to do it
9. I want to do it
10. I needto do it

Funny how when you are procrastinating, there are like 10,000 things to do, but when you finally finish your work, it's like "what now?"
Hence, to have a funfilled and active life, procrastinate.

I don't feel like doing homework in this sweltering afternoon heat.

[rant]Why is everyone so amused that I have pink bedsheets? I'm a girl if you didn't notice! No Lou, isn't the only one who made that remark. I love my pink bedsheets. kthxbye [/rant]

I'm off to ATTEMPT to study.

Things to Note

Okay, so far it has been a fine week. Past econs test, wed ended at 12 and fri was sports day(meaning no school).

- I have to STOP PLAYING ROCK BAND. STOP IT. ENOUGH.
Which reminds me, Joyce is becoming a pro-rb bassist. O.o

- I realized I'm embarrassing when I'm cranky and sleepy. Lou put the evidence on her blog. Like omgwtfbbq. >.<

- I am becoming OLD. I actually bring umbrella out when there is sun. I thought I'd only reach this stage when I'm 30 or so. GAAAH.

- AHAHAHAHA I don't understand Keynesian theory. Been reading and reading. Now where's Sharon...

- Battlefield Heroes gave me their beta key to be a beta tester for their game, which is both a good thing and bad cause I've to freaking study but I LOVE gaming...

- Why am I still on the comp?

Fun, I must say

Had a GREAT Good Fri with the usual people. Which one this day marks the day which I find out how creepy Lou is to me.

Funny Pics. I really love them. Really really.

What's on your clipboard??

Ghost Cams, if you like such stuff. I'm afraid of the dark. I have a phobia of it. I don't know why I enjoy looking at such stuff. It's the thrill, perhaps.
http://darkartsmedia.com/LIVEFEED.html - The cam will show a ghost, you have to wait. I got to see mine after a min. But if you've waited there for 1hr, then err... please move on with life and try another time.

Party!

GOT AN A FOR PROJECT WORK!!! SO FAR SO GOOD FOR A LEVELS.

Went to party at a place called "Love the World" at the Singapore Flyer with Joyce and my sister and her whole lot of friends. Wonderful time/experience.

We took real long to find the Singapore Flyer. Got super lost. But!

While trying to find the Singapore Flyer,
We've seen many unexpected events!

Some might call it a blessing in disguise;

But I call it a waste of my time.

-Short poem by me which was created on the spot while looking for the Singapore Flyer-

We saw Harp performances, singing, etc.... Like why is everyone so busy...

When we finally got there, we've like walked around 1.5km. Yes. Cause they wrote that the estimated distance from City Hall mrt to Singapore flyer is 1.5km.

The bar/cafe is right under the Singapore Flyer. The view of the Singapore Flyer from the bar:

Settled, ate our dinner....

Joyce, enjoying the atmosphere and dinner and music.

Chia Yi kept making us drink alcohol. It was a bloody 34% vol.

The bar.

The band playing: The Band's name is Chapter One.

My sister, the one on the extreme right. Spelt disaster for some reason. Nice candid pose though

Joyce's back as we took a stroll on the balconey of the bar.

Right opposite the bar, this HSR thing was going on. No idea what exactly was going on. But the celebrity Mark Lee was the host. The Engrish was rather bad, so was the maths.
"You bet on who you think will win. If you think number 5 is champion, you bet $50 and you correct, you get 5 times $50. Which means you get $200."
If you can't tell what's wrong, go get yourself checked immediately.

Being pigs, we wanted to eat more. So we got the menu for other food. This one was worrying.
It reads: "8. Balls of Fire - Assorted 'balls' .....
Me: What's with the apostrophes?

Anyway we ordered this 5 bread and 2 something... the sauce was OMFG SPICY. I couldn't talk for awhile cause it was so tongue numbingly spicy. It's like someone crushed the seeds of chilli padis and mixed it in chilli crab sauce. That was the taste of it. Well we were warned, the menu wrote: "Not for the faint hearted".

And dessert: Joyce and I ate the ice cream cause we needed to take the spiciness away. We both didn't want to eat the walnut and the artificial cherry(hidden by the brownie. Can see it's stalk)

Happy Good Friday all! and
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DIANE/DIANA/DEH!!!! =)

Some notes to self:
  • Okay I swear Lou might have passed the flu to me even though she says she doesn't have flu. She was sneezing and sniffing like no one's business. BUT IT'S TOTALLY FINE LOU. I'm okay!
  • Alyya is confused about her religion. Very.
  • Watch out for Alyya(aka Ali Hassan, Ali Baba) she's the head of 40 thieves.
  • Diane should stop trying to matchmake even though she says she won't interferre in a relationship.
  • Chase people for Kinder Joy and have a very chocolatey Good Friday.
  • Learn how to sing a BFMV song for Rock Band. How to scream throughout a song 101.
PICTURES. CAUSE WE ALL NEED TO LAUGH.

Ah the wonders of maths.

Too much gaming here.

WHY HAVE I NOT THOUGHT OF THIS.

Naw... really? You don't say!

Awesomeness. Click on the picture and look closer. It's awesome.

Stereotyping!!!!!

Miracle....

Went to study that the genius's house again. Want proof she's a genius?

HERE: Yeah her name's there so you can hunt her down and take her brains. That's a History Essay btw, see the "World War two", "Atlantic Charter" and "Southeast Asia". For those who take JC H2 history will know how hard is it to get 17 marks for ONE essay.Other stuff you need to know is that she's from HCI...

Miracle which happened before we went to meet the genius: OUR FIRST BAND GOLD STAR!!! So now we know it's possible.
Sharon: It's not a myth!

We've learnt a lesson at the genius's house. That is that you must complete your sentences.

Me: I've never ate this peanut candy...
Sharon: You sure?
Me: I'm pretty...
Sharon: -stares-
Me: PRETTY SURE!!!

My Rare Happiness

One of my rare happy days in school was today. Probably the after effects of April Fools.
Funnier than happier actually, but I didn't get into any trouble today or whatsoever. Whee-ness.

Funny Event 1:
Poor Lou. I swear stuff like that only happens in comics. At her house area, apparently, the crows attack people. One lovely day while walking back to her house, a crow dived at her. Lou felt it swooping down and in a reflex, swung her book at the crow and ran for her very life.
After hearing that I was giggling throughout econs lecture which made her keep saying, "Stop laughing at me la, Janice". Thanks for keeping me awake.
Honestly, I don't remember any crows circling me and trying to peck me when I walked past there previously... Maybe you have something on you Lou...

Funny Event 2:
I'm not trying to make fun of Halal or anything, but I find they're so strict with it that it's rather comical.
Alyya(aka Ali Hassan, Allya etc) wanted to give me some of her whatever noodle soup. But I couldn't use my spoon to take some cause my spoon has "touched" non-halal stuff and I couldn't use hers either cause I was eating non-halal food. So we did a transfere from one spoon to another. While transferring, fearing that her spoon might touch my "unclean" spoon, I gasped, "DON'T TOUCH! DON'T TOUCH!"
Alyya: WALAO YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SO ANXIOUS
Me: I was just being considerate. I don't want to have you walking to get another spoon.
Alyya: Whatever just shut up.
Me: -laughs-

Funny Event 3:
I bet everyone has experienced watching a girl with long hair in front of you tie her hair. Damn distracting. During a university talk (which just dimmed my glimmer of hope into a Singapore Uni), there was this girl taking real long to tie her hair. I was watching her for awhile then realized, "why am I looking at her?"
Then I looked at Shahin who was just STARING at the girl. Then I went, "Looking at the girl?" and she snapped out of it. Then I obviously starting laughing and so did she. I also looked over to Alyya who's eyes kept shifting from the girl to the powerpoint screen and back. Hilarious.

Funny Event 4:
I love classes where everyone's clueless about the subject and we try to make random guesses about what is the correct answer to the question. Like maths. Everyone just answered the question with whatever knowledge they had of maths to try and answer and my tutor replied, "What you guys are doing is like this: Your neighbours house is 2 steps away, but instead, you take a bus to the interchange and take the MRT all the way to the end of Singapore and then take a bus all the way back home then go to your neighbours house".
Shahin: We don't care, we're just answering whatever that comes to our minds.

Happy Event 5:
Got to know a J1 who lives near me, takes the same bus to school and fro and gets on the same bus stop as me. Whoo. Bus buddy. Now.... What was her name again? =S
