Chinese New Year Day 1

Had fun people? I got to wear my oh-so-marvelous outfit today.

I think this year was fun. Better than last at least, where I stoned at the corner of the living room.

The first house I visited was my Dua Gu(mother's oldest brother). My family was the 1st to arrive so I sat in the living room and watched CHINESE SHOWS. There was this show with a Caucasian speaking Chinese and he sounded gayer than mickey mouse.
Then we had steamboat for lunch. My sister, Joy, was being a total ass. When the meal started, she repeatedly kept asking for De Gua (Pig's Liver).
Scenario:

Everyone: Chi fan chi fan! (eat, eat)
Joy: Wo yao de gua! (I want pig's liver)
Cousins: Bang ni zhu le (Helped you cook it already)
Joy: -starts digging up the liver and eating it-
Wo hai yao! Fang duo yi dian! (I still want, put more)
Cousins: Wo fang quan bu le (I put all of it in)
Me: Jie, would you stop?
Joy: -laughs and starts scooping up all the liver-
Hai you mei you de gua?! (anymore liver?!)
Me: JIE?!
Joy: -chanting unconsciously- De gua, de gua, de gua, de gua...


Sigh... I really apologise that it is all in Chinese, cause my mom's side only speaks chinese.

Oh yeah I found out that my sister's favourite uncle is my Sa Gu (Mother's 3rd oldest brother). My Sa Gu is super SUA GU(idiot). He's the so called clown of my mother's side relatives and the most active. Can't say the same for his 2 daughters. Super anti-social.

Anyhows, I think I really need to make myself a family tree. I'm a Auntie of so many people and I didn't even know. HAHA! My cousin Jaime is younger than his nephew. So odd.
This is the problem, my dad's side all had to come visit at my home as my granny stays with me. Then my cousin brought this girl that I've never met before in my entire life. When Nikki and I met her, we were about to say, "Wah! You have a girlfriend!"
Then my cousin told us that that GIRL was our cousin. O_O" Help?

Oh we also had a mini talent show. My cousin Darren, learnt to play the electric guitar by himself. My family is so musically inclined. If you want to know him, go find him yourself, he is in Victoria Sec. 16 this year. Good luck! Anyhow, he performed the electric guitar, Nikki danced and I played Romance D'Amour on the classical guitar. Brendan(Darren's older brother), was to play the BAGPIPE. SUPER UNIQUE! LIKE LESS THAN 2% of the world can play the bagpipe.
-Psst- Nikki and I plan on getting Brendan and Sharon together!! AHAHAHHA! They make such a good match! Both geniuses. It's like Isaac Newton and Einstein. Match made in heaven. Even their names sound the same!!!

Next case, we went to visit my granny's eldest sister's home. Then I saw this guy who looked SO FREAKING MUCH OLDER THAN ME. That I thought he was someone's husband, but then he was like, "I'm 14 years old". LIKE WHAT THE HECK?! You're kidding right? The irony of it all, he is my nephew.

Okay need to sleep and prepare for 2nd day of visitations. I've collected $XXX so far! AHA!
