They use on-stage puppets, like Avenue Q, however the actors completely incorporate themselves into being the character, and not just a cloth figure dancing on their hands.
Stupid people, don't just go "OOO I WATCHED PHANTOM OF THE OPERA! I'M A MUSICAL GEEK!" Meeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Done to death.
Damn it Singapore... I always wanted to watch the original broadway casts in musicals. That's where the talent pot is. But since I don't live near broadway, I have to catch some touring cast or an Asian cast(Avenue Q I'm looking at you) perform.
They won the Tony Awards for Best Costume Design. Do the math.
Giraffes <3 and that's one hell of a freaking cute Simba. I didn't see them sell it at the gift shop in London. All I got was the Mug, Shirt and the CD. Damn I'm boring.
