Random Blabbles

President Barack Obama's inauguration today! -Bye bye George Bush!! And your long reign of umm, horror?-

I can't believe I listened to his entire speech, but hell, it was inspiring. I'm joining the crowd and waving Obama banners in hopes that he'll (heavily cliched) usher us into a new and better era. Be it economical, political and social. (/cliche)
"Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America — they will be met."
-Resounding cheers-

A new black president is a scene indeed. His speech sent a few chills up my spine. (It better have right? If it didn't, Obama would have failed.)
Looking forward to what this president, from his perspective of being a black, can give us. He promises a lot. A LOT. Most presidents do but hardly deliver. Should I add that Singapore wasn't invited to his inauguration? Oh no Considering we've hosted F1 and the soon to be 2010 Youth Olympics, shouldn't our dear politicians be given at least ONE seat? Ahem, moving along.
Did I mention he promised a lot?

Borrowed P&P to re-watch today. The Keira Knightly one. The one where my Literature teacher deemed it as "Too romanticized and hollywoodized".
I remember watching it when it first came out and I was like "Oh shit, she's talking too fast. I can't catch anything!!!"
But after having it as my literature text, I FINALLY UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. It is actually really funny. =X

GP matters... I really am annoyed that I can't think of a good arguement on why
1. Incest is bad
2. Cannibalism is bad
The moral questions, questions.

ARGH!

Twilight thing, too hyped. The hot protagonists probably got the teenager's hormones going. Apparently, New Moon is really gonna be a new moon for the Twilight set.
  1. Directors: Catherine Hardwicke replaced by Chris Weitz
  2. (Rumoured) Replacement actors: Michael Copon replaces Taylor Lautner.
Aww, chill fangirls. Seriously, chill.
I HATE it when movies change any of the main cast. But if that guy's bad and he's gotta go, he's gotta go.

Einnie got me my BURFDAE CAKE!!!! She made me swear not to open it till Friday. Oh, the more it's not allowed, the more it's tempting to. Shucks.

I'm just procrastinating to do my maths homework. I'm completely stumped about Binomial Distribution. The probability of me getting the right answers is 0.000001 to the power of 10.
