SPCA Flag Day

I'M EXHAUSTED! Because Denden and I didn't go for the autistic school cip, ms kok has been hounding us. Wtf, she even called my parents! F***er!
So anyway, we got a job at SPCA's Flag day. This is the first time I'm doing flag day so I was completely blur.

Anyhow, SPCA was at Upper Aljunid. Some place where we wouldn't really go to. So we had to find our way back to a MRT station and take a train down to Bugis. THE PROBLEM WAS, WE DIDN'T KNOW WHICH BUS! Hence, De and I decided to take whichever bus that came first(It was a really rash action, we know). And it was bus number 93.

Woah, omg it's like so irritating. Of all the buses that were there 93, a bus that traverses the whole Singapore but doesn't go to any MRT stations was the one we took. We sat in that bus for half and hour hoping the bus would somehow end up at a MRT station. BUT NO!!! It went to Toa Payoh, Bishan, Bukit Timah, Redhill, Thompson, Alexandra Road IKEA, Sime, Commonwealth, BUT JUST NOT AN MRT STATION! So we got real pissed and drop at some random bus stop which many people seemed to be going down at then take a cab.

When we got there, it was all hustle and bustle, but everyone looked so fierce and dao. But I got the ball rolling when I asked a lady. MY TIN CAN WAS HEAVIER! I'm so proud of myself okay? My first time doing this and my can has so much money. I especially love the aunties and english-educated senior citizens. Occasionally some young adult would donate. And also children! I got a better spot than Den, it's true cause mine had people from every direction.

Of course while there are nice people, there are also real assholes. There's this group of girls who were probably wondering what school I was from so they got 1 of their friends to walked up and look at the school's crest on my PL-Lite Shirt. It was freaking obvious cause she walked towards me, with her eyes fixed on the crest, then when she reached a close enough distance, she turned a 180 back to her friends and said, "Paya Lebar ...." I was at my limit and almost said," Bitch!"

Then there was this friendly english speaking elderly who talked to me:

Lady: What school are you from?
Me: -softly- Paya Lebar...
Lady: Huh?
Me: Paya Lebar Methodist Girl's Secondary
Lady: Oh that's a good school
Me: Heh.
Lady: You must have studied hard to get into it.
Me: Not really, I was from the Primary school, so it's affiliated.
Lady: Oh, so next time you'll go to ACJC?
Me: Maybe... Since it's also affiliated.

I said I didn't study hard cause if I said yes, I know it'll be on my conscience.

I was like a street guide. "where's simlim tower?", "Where is Bukit Timah?", "Where is the public phone?", "Where is Seiyu?". I bet I gave all wrong directions.
It was a Eurasian who asked me where the telephone was and his accent was incomprehensible to me so when he asked, "Where is the public telephone?" It sounded to me like, "Where's thpubtehone?" I just stared at him and I was like, "What is that?!" Oh man, come to think of it I sounded like an idiot.
The guy who asked me where is Seiyu could tell I didn't know. Hahahahaha.

Flag day is tiring, next time I see people doing it I will donate. I know how it feels.

After all that, we went to celebrate Drus birthday Eve. Her birthday is 15/04/1991. We ate a lot. A lot of sinful stuff.
